1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Lead Intelligence Reports ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
Lead Intelligence Reports provides AI-powered B2B lead intelligence reports containing scored prospect lists, territory strategy, competitive analysis, and outreach sequences. Reports are delivered as interactive HTML documents.
3. Ordering and Payment
- All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe
- Velocity subscriptions ($199/month) can be cancelled at any time with no penalty
- Enterprise and Portfolio reports are invoiced as one-time or annual payments
- All sales are final once report production has begun (after the intake call)
4. Delivery
- Velocity reports are delivered within 48 hours of each monthly cycle
- Enterprise reports are delivered within 5 business days of the intake call
- Portfolio reports follow a mutually agreed schedule
- Reports are delivered via secure link to the email address provided during purchase
5. Report Content and Accuracy
Our reports are generated using AI analysis of publicly available business data, supplemented by human quality assurance. While we strive for accuracy:
- Lead data reflects information available at the time of report generation
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party data sources
- Revenue estimates, pipeline projections, and scoring are analytical estimates, not guarantees
- Reports are intended as business intelligence to inform your strategy, not as investment advice
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
Enterprise and Portfolio tier reports include a satisfaction guarantee. If the delivered report does not meet the scope agreed during the intake briefing, we will revise it at no additional cost. Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
7. Intellectual Property
- Upon payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use your report for internal business purposes
- Reports may not be resold, redistributed, or publicly published without written permission
- Our methodology, scoring algorithms, and analytical frameworks remain our proprietary property
8. Confidentiality
We treat all client information, intake data, and report contents as confidential. We will not share your report or business details with third parties. We may reference anonymized, aggregate results (e.g., "a manufacturing client" or "70 leads identified") for marketing purposes unless you explicitly opt out.
9. Data Sources
Our reports are compiled from publicly available data sources including company databases, industry publications, government filings, trade associations, news sources, and social platforms. We do not access private, restricted, or illegally obtained data.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific report in question
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- We are not liable for business decisions made based on report content
11. Cancellation
- Velocity subscriptions: Cancel anytime via Stripe. No penalty or cancellation fee
- Enterprise reports: Non-refundable once the intake call has been completed and production has begun
- Portfolio retainers: 30-day written notice required for cancellation. Unused report credits are non-refundable
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then through the competent courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
